Truubill is a brand of Zackplan GmbH.

2. Data collection and processing

When you visit this website, technical access data (IP address, browser type, operating system, date and time of access) is automatically collected by the hosting provider. This data is used solely to ensure technical operation and is not combined with other data.

If you contact us via the contact form or by email, we process your details (name, email address, message content) solely to handle your enquiry. Data is not passed on to third parties.

Waitlist: If you join the waitlist, we store your email address, the selected language, the part of the website where you signed up and the time of sign-up. We use this data solely to inform you about the launch of Truubill and your access. We are notified by email about each new sign-up. You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future, e.g. by emailing hello@truubill.com or office@zackplan.com; we will then delete your data promptly.

3. Legal basis

Joining the waitlist is based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Otherwise, processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract performance / pre-contractual measures) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in proper website operation).

4. Hosting

This website and the waitlist are operated on Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). Cloudflare delivers the website via a global server network, stores waitlist entries and sends our notification emails. This may involve a transfer of data to the USA. Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework; in addition, we have concluded a data processing agreement with Cloudflare including EU Standard Contractual Clauses. 5. Cookies

This website does not use tracking cookies and does not set any marketing or analytics cookies. Technically necessary session cookies may be set by your browser.

6. Retention periods

Contact enquiries are deleted after final processing, unless statutory retention obligations apply. Waitlist entries are deleted as soon as you withdraw your consent, and at the latest 12 months after Truubill launches if you have not opened a customer account by then. Technical access data is deleted after 30 days at the latest.

7. Your rights

You have the right at any time to:

  • Access your stored data (Art. 15 GDPR)
  • Rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16 GDPR)
  • Erasure of your data (Art. 17 GDPR)
  • Restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
  • Data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)
  • Object to processing (Art. 21 GDPR)
